    Well, I cancelled my subscription today (after a few months). The cancellation had nothing to do with the service or product. The service simply was not a good fit with my wife's and my current living situation. A recent death in my wife's family has her away for days on end taking care of a surviving parent. Meanwhile, my hectic life style has me constantly out and about. The five star rating I gave is due to the INCREDIBLE customer service and ease of contacting Farm Fresh To You. Our first delivery had a small issue. I called them and they answered the phone immediately and resolved the issue within minutes. When I decided to cancel there were no hassles, pressure, or pitches to not cancel. They simply said "We hope to see you again". Given their great customer service, I can almost guarantee that they will see me again.

    From local organic sustainable farms, vegetables and fruit are what's in season, fresh and delivered on time. I prefer over local farmers markets because of the convenience. I think the prices are the same.

    I've used this service for years with only a few issues. Generally they will give you a credit if there is a problem. I don't like it that they have a lot of packaged vegetables on offer. You do need to have a spot where they can safely leave the box for you until you wake up in the morning. I've had issues with critters eating eggs left on my porch so I don't order eggs anymore for example. There's a bus stop in front of my house and a few times they left the box on the bottom step at the bus stop. But I was able to clarify instructions that the box needs to be left at my front door. I appreciate being able to customize content. Sometimes they deliver items that are on my "no" list. Overall, we have been a customer for at least a decade and plan to continue to be.
